6 Week
Messy Pastor Online Bootcamp
A 6-week online program to shape up your organisational skills. Get your diary, inbox, paper, and digital files sorted, and learn the art of systems thinking to solve recurring problems.
2 Day Systems Overhaul
A two-day workshop to map out your organisational systems and begin creating processes to eliminate pain points. You and your team will be taught the art of systems thinking and will move from fighting fires to preventing them. This will be a system reset for your church or ministry.
1-on-1 Organisation Coaching
This 6-month coaching program is designed to help you lead others better by strengthening your personal organisation. Through structured sessions and practical tools, you’ll develop sustainable systems aligned with your purpose and role.
Includes half-day session, three 2-hour sessions, and three 1-hour check-ins over 6months.
Half-Week Church Office Declutter and Mini Reno
A Space Invaders style declutter where we remove everything, minimise and systemise contents while the space is being cleaned and spruced up. This runs from a Wednesday evening through to Saturday and requires volunteers and stakeholders.
Includes a 90-minute planning session.
